Immunohistochemistry:Theunconjugatedformwasvalidatedforuseinimmunohistochemistryonapanelof21formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded(FFPE)humantissuesafterproteinaseKantigenretrieval.Afterincubationwiththeprimaryantibody,slideswereincubatedwithbiotinylatedsecondaryantibody,followedbyalkalinephosphatase-streptavidinandchromogen.Thestainedslideswereevaluatedbyapathologisttoconfirmstainingspecificity.Theoptimalworkingconcentrationfortheunconjugatedformwasdeterminedtobe10ug/ml.
